Time Out Apartments processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

- Other personal data that you provide actively, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by phone

- Location details

- Data about your activities on our website

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have the permission of a parent or guardian. We can however not check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents are involved in their children’s online activities to prevent that data is collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that have collected data about a minor without this consent, please contact us via info@timeoutapartments.be, and we will delete this information.

Time Out Apartments does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which the personal data were collected

Time Out Apartments only provides information to third parties when this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation.

Accessing, modifying or deleting data 

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your potential consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Time Out Apartments and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to transfer the personal data that we have about you to another organization of your choice in a computer file. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or an objection to the processing of your personal data to info@timeoutapartments.be. To be sure that it is you making the request for inspection, we ask that you attach a copy of your identity document to your request. Strike out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks of your request at the latest. Time Out Apartments would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Data Protection Authority. You can do so via the following link.
